About
Herbert Nuszpl
Detective Chief Superintendent (ret.)
Crisis & Compliance Advisor and Forensic Investigator
With more than 40 years of professional experience, I have sat on every side of the table: as a detective and department head at the State Criminal Police Office, as a Senior Manager in Big Four Forensic divisions, and as Corporate Compliance Officer at an international group.
This unique combination allows me to lead investigations from multiple perspectives and develop solutions that work in practice.
Today I work independently under the TIICC-Compliance brand and support private individuals, companies and law firms in crisis situations, internal investigations, forensic interviews, and the development of compliance structures.

Methodology
Investigative professionalism
My interview techniques are based on decades of practical experience and internationally recognised methodologies. Every interview is carefully planned, professionally conducted, and documented to court-admissible standards.
The combination of police investigation experience and business acumen enables interviews that are both legally robust and commercially sensitive.
Reid Technique
Established structured interview methodology from the United States, adapted for European legal frameworks.
PEACE Model
The British standard model for investigative interviews, focused on ethical questioning.
Cognitive Interview
Scientifically grounded technique to maximise information gathering without suggestive influence.
International
Languages & area of operation
I conduct interviews and training in German, English and French. My location in Sweden is no obstacle but rather an advantage thanks to simpler bureaucracy — I am regularly on-site worldwide.
Where required, I work with a network of experienced translators and local experts.
